I use my Lenovo computer to invest and research. So, without warning, my display froze. The staff there at Mark Evans Computers analyzed the problem within 3-hours. I have been to this shop on two occasions. The first was to have a repair done on my son’s computer. I have to be honest when I say that my first experience was a little frustrating because the repair took much longer than I expected and was led to believe it would take. However, the desktop was returned in full functional status and I felt like the charge was reasonable for the work. I returned several weeks later with my son and purchased several components to upgrade the guts of the desktop. Mark took the time to go over all of the parts with us and the process to install them because we decided to tackle installing most of it ourselves. I appreciated the explanations and we were successful in getting it up and running with the new components. I won’t hesitate to use Mark in the future if the need arises. Thanks.
Started my work computer up the same way I always do, only this time I got the Windows 10 blue screen of death. The blue screen would then say it was going to try to fix the issue and re-boot, but back would appear this blue screen.
Over and over, this went on for 15 minutes, in an endless boot cycle. I am familiar with computers, but new to Windows 10, and did not have a boot-up flash drive. Time to call in the pros.
Found Mark Evans Computer during a Google search, and thought I’d give them a try. Glad I did! Immediately impressed with their shop, very clean, and well organized. I didn’t have to wait, and the staff were all friendly, helpful, and informative.
5 hours later, I get a call saying my computer is ready. Wow, that was fast! They explained it needed an update installed, plus a tune-up and that fixed the boot-cycle issue.

I woke up and my computer was dead. Did the typical check and nothing. So I googled “computer repair near me” and this place popped up. Brought them my computer. The guy who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable, plus they have a dog behind the counter which is always awesome! He Explained to me the process. I agreed and left. Went and ran errands, ND got a call saying it was fixed. So fast, very reasonable price and friendly! Can’t recommend enough!
I called them on the weekend (Saturday), and they helped me get a larger hard drive on my laptop. They went the extra and were super cool! Highly recommend.
My go to computer store very nice very friendly very knowledgeable. I went in because my Wi-Fi would not connect to my service. He cleaned a few things up in my laptop Sold me this little USB port to plug in the side of my computer. My laptop worked great just what the doctor ordered Good prices on their computers new and used I would highly recommend them. I know I will go from now on.
Went in cause my son’s pc lost its internet connection, and Tyler looked at it and tried this and that part to try n figure out what the issues were. And in final answer was the harddrives were horrible shape. And that was causing the issues. So with the recommendation from Tyler we swapped GPU to another pc I had and added a new SSD drive replacing the HHD that was in it, making the older pc into a newish one agn. Saving us money from buying a new pc for my son. My Son is so very happy. Tyvm Tyler

I have been using Mark Evans Computer Services for over a decade. I have never had anything but stellar service and fair prices from them. I have sold / traded in computers and the offers have always been more than fair.
