The MECT focus on the customer begins with a personal consultation with a customer service Problems Analyst, who is focused on understanding clients' needs so that the solution is as cost-effective and as quick as possible.

Clients are encouraged to visit the "laboratory" retail space, where lab coat-draped team members repair hardware and custom-build computers for all to see.
